Community Partnerships

Working with, and responding to the needs of our community is a key priority for Strive4 Academy Trust. We have developed partnerships on a local level which benefit professionals, pupils and wider members of the community.

Our community partners include;

We are committed to maintaining and developing these local partnerships for the benefit of the children and professional across our Trust.

National Professional Qualifications (NPQ)

Strive4 is proud to be working with Best Practice Network/Outstanding Leaders Partnership to deliver the National Professional Qualifications (NPQs) to colleagues across Redbridge.

The frameworks for the NPQs draw from the very latest evidence and research into pedagogy, behaviour, curriculum and more.

The NPQs available are:

NPQ for Leading Teaching (NPQLT)

 

NPQ for Leading Behaviour and Culture (NPQLBC)

 

NPQ for Leading Teacher Development (NPQLTD)

 

NPQ for Senior Leadership (NPQSL)

 

NPQ for SENCOs (Special Educational Needs Co-ordinators, NPQSEN)

 

NPQ for Headship (NPQH)

 

Early Headship Coaching Offer (EHCO)

 

NPQ for Executive Leadership (NPQEL)

Teach First Partnership

Strive4 Academy Trust SCITT is working in partnership with Teach First to provide School Centred Initial Teacher Training (SCITT) leading to Qualified Teacher Status and a PGCE. The one-year, school based, research-led training will gives plenty of hands-on experience and allows you to train to teach in a Strive4 school.

Visit http://www.gov.uk/apply-for-teacher-training and choose Strive4 Academy Trust as a provider. We will then contact you directly with information about the next steps in the application process. All offers are subject to satisfactory results from necessary pre-employment checks.
