1. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Schools can engage with the Trust on a bespoke service basis, purchasing specific support such as leadership coaching, curriculum development, SEND provision, or administrative services. This arrangement allows schools to benefit from the Trust’s expertise without formal membership, tailoring the support to their priorities.

2. Associate Membership
Associate membership offers a closer partnership with the Trust, enabling schools to access a wide range of Trust-wide resources, professional development, and collaborative networks, while retaining governance autonomy. This flexible model is ideal for schools that wish to strengthen collaboration, align practice, and trial partnership working before considering full membership.

3. Full Membership
Schools can become a full member of Strive4 Academy Trust, joining the Trust’s multi-academy structure and governance framework. Full membership provides access to comprehensive school improvement support, strategic oversight, and shared resources, while fully integrating the school into the Trust’s vision, values, and leadership structures.
