Progress to date

We have successfully delivered significant improvements and innovations over recent years, including:

• Development of the non-core disciplines in an innovative and exciting ambitious curriculum
• Expansion of an ‘Arts’ departments aimed at young people experiencing a range of barriers to learning
• Development of highly specialised science teaching across Key Stage 2
• Strengthening and growing our partnership network, linking with schools and multi-academy trusts across London and the South East

Excellence in teaching and learning

• Following the achievement of Ofsted Outstanding in June 2016, Ray Lodge Primary School has continued to develop leading edge work e.g. through its Artistic and scientific provision

•  Impact for students and positive feedback from networks evidenced e.g. Learning without Labels – Marc Rowland, National Education trust
• Worked with 2 local authorities to identify gaps in provision and develop new opportunities accordingly – Essex and Redbridge - resulting in in-school support and development plans
• Delivered consultancy quality improvement services to schools locally and nationally
• Delivered shared services for Learning Support and Business Support Services to affiliated schools
