Strive4 Academy continues to offer a well-established and successful programme delivered by its member schools. The programme is delivered as a central part of our school-led improvement model and offers practical focused professional development. We believe that our lead practitioners in schools are the best placed to ensure that teachers coming into the profession get the expert support and advice they need at the beginning of their career.

ECT Primary Induction Offer

The primary offer is organised through our partnership with Best Practice Network supplemented by our Trust ECT programme. A large proportion of sessions are held in Trust schools by experienced lead practitioners from across our schools - they are lively, dialogic interactive workshops. 

As well as great CPD, the sessions enable networking and support, building a professional learning community both from inside and outside the Trust.
