I’ve worked alongside Amanda Jennings for a year while on the NLE pathway. The overall experience has been extremely valuable, from the visits to her schools to the support on developing our curriculum, all members of my staff team came away with a wealth of knowledge to use back at our school.
As a leader Amanda was able to support me to focus on the key issues and address them quickly. Coming towards the end of the year we received the Ofsted call the support from Amanda definitely was a vital part of making that whole experience successful. I can’t thank Amanda and her team enough.

Having known Amanda Jennings and STRIVE for a number of years, I approached Amanda to develop a bespoke package of training sessions for the teachers at Brampton Primary School. Her longstanding expertise and dedication made her the ideal choice for this important initiative. The focus of the training was on understanding cognitive overload and the significance of retrieval strategies. Her approach was exemplary; she crafted and delivered engaging sessions that seamlessly blended theory with practical strategies applicable in the classroom.
